A. Warmup

3 Sets:

5-8 Strict Chin-Ups or Ring Rows

:20 Chest-to-Wall Handstand or Toes-on-Box Handstand

10 Pause Squat + Broad Jump

B. Strength

Conventional Deadlift

10 x 2 @ a moderate weight

* Build to a moderate weight then stay with that weight across. Focus on a weight thats around 70-75% of your 1 rep max.

C. Metcon

4 Rounds For Time:

15 Box Jumps, 30″/24″

12 Chest-to-Bar Pullups

9 Handstand Pushups
